The Buyer and the Supplier are responsible for warranty service of the Products on the following conditions:

1) The goods would be broken in under warranty (not artificially), round-trip fare of the freight charge and insurance and all other costs of the defective goods are borne by the Supplier.
2) The goods would be broken in under warranty (artificially), round-trip fare of the freight charge and insurance fee borne by the Buyer.
3) The goods would be broken out of warranty (not artificially), one way freight and insurance costs are charged each other. Repair costs shall be depended upon each situation. However, the customers shall pay the freight and insurance costs after 5 years from the date of purchase if the goods are broken out of warranty not artificially.
